Rachel Barrell is from the south of England and trained at the Guildford school of acting. Rachel is currently preparing to play young Sally in Follies for a special one night only charity concert event. She recently wrapped up playing Christine Daae in Phantom Of The Opera a role she had played since since September 2004. Before she took up this role she played/understudied the roles of Millie and Miss Dorothy in the west end production of Thoroughly Modern Millie. Rachel's other theatre credits include, Beauty and the Beast(understudy Belle - 2001 tour) Where's Charly (Ethel) A Midsummer Night's Dream ( Hermia-understudy, Peaseblossom and First Fairy - June 2001-) and Love's Labour's Lost(Katharine- understudy and Jaqenetta) Rachel made a TV appearance for BBC's Crimewatch UK and is also involved in the running of a dance shool and a youth theatre school, teaching theatrical skills to children/teens as well as working on productions.
